Rosemary was born on May 28, 1948, in Greenville, South Carolina, to the late Thelma and Arthur Williams.
For Rosemary, true joy was found in everyday moments; spending time outdoors, working in her yard, and especially caring for her beloved dogs. She shared a close bond with her sister, Carolyn, and treasured every moment with her family. Her greatest joy in life came from her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she loved deeply.
She is survived by her son, Terry Allen (Teresa); her brother, Billy Williams; her sister, Carolyn Taulbe; her grandchildren, Meghan Massey (Seth), Trenton Allen (Hannah), Austin Allen, and Justin Allen; and four great-grandchildren.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Sweet, and her son, Richard Allen.

A graveside service for Ms. Rosemary will follow at 11:00 AM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2410 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Pickens, SC 29671.
