Of Ohio Twp., passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2011. Wife of the late Robert Phillips; mother of the late Kim Kaan. She is survived by four sisters; three brothers; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Connie was a devout Jehovah's Witness and will be dearly missed by many spiritual, beloved children and friends.
