Eleanor and Robert
Eleanor and Robert Schilling went to be with the Lord. Eleanor passed on May 24, 2014, and Robert passed on May 25, 2014. Eleanor was born in Athens , Ohio and Robert was born in Bellevue. They both later resided in Ross Twp., most recently in Avalon. Robert was a WWII veteran, having earned a Bronze Star and worked as a sales R
representative for Emerson Electric. They are survived by their three , Robert R. Schilling, Jr., Suzanne Rosenberger and Nancy Cromie; four grandchildren, Eva Emanuelson and Melody Plowey, Christopher Schilling and Cathy Schilling and five great-grandchildren Cole , Mason, Madalyn, Carter and Riley. Friends received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 at the Orion C. Pinkerton Funeral Home, Inc. 1014 California Ave., Avalon 15202, (412) 766-5600. Blessing Service Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow Christ our Redeemer Cemetery.
