

Ethel M Watts, a beloved and cherished woman, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026, at the age of 90. Ethel was known for her kind-hearted, devoted, and humorous nature, which made her a treasured friend and family member to all who knew her.
Born to the late William and Hilda Kratz on May 19, 1935, Ethel was raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she was a graduate of the Western Pennsylvania School of the Deaf.
In her professional life, Ethel dedicated her talents as a cook at the Tiffan Lounge, where she was respected for her honest and faithful service.
Ethel was married to the late Walter Watts, sharing a life of love and companionship. A devoted sister, she leaves behind her sister Alice Nock and is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Louise and Carol, as well as her brothers William and Ted.
In her leisure time, Ethel engaged in various hobbies that brought her joy. She had a fondness for word searches and was an avid fan of westerns. Ethel also passionately supported her favorite sports teams, the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Penguins.
Her passing leaves a profound void, but her cherished memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her. Ethel M Watts will be remembered for her remarkable spirit and the kindness she extended to everyone she met.
Friends will be received on Wednesday February 25th from 10 till 12 Noon at H.P. Brandt Funeral Home 1032 Perry Hwy Pittsburgh PA 15237.
A Funeral will be held on the same day at 1PM at Trinity Lutheran Church 2500 Brandt School Road Wexford PA 15090
