My Most Handsomest Honey,
   What can I say?  You were "My Density, McFly" and we were supposed to grow old together.  We had plans for the future and you were taken away too soon.
   I miss in the last month when you were getting chemo, when we couldn't kiss each other on the lips, how every now and then we'd forget and do it "the right way" and giggle like school kids. I miss hearing you yell at me from upstairs each week when you'd do bills, even though it drove me nuts.  I even miss when you'd watch tv in bed and we'd cuddle and you'd hold the remote over my head and start to doze and it would drop (way too many times, I might add) onto my forehead.
    I'll never forget the first night we re-met at Smed's Halloween Party.  You had accidentally shaved your head because you "thought" you could be steady with the shaver and it didn't work out too well.  You always said that after that, I was yours and I always told you that you were "full of crap".  But, I guess the heart knows before the mind, huh?  I never stood a chance against that Riggi charm, as you said.  I guess, once again, you were right...as usual. (Don't let it go to your head)
    I have to tell you, My Honey, I miss you terribly.  My heart always feels like someone's holding it in there hand and squeezing it; it always hurts now.  I just hope you knew and still know how much I love you.  I can't sleep unless I'm wearing something that belongs to you.  I even got in your truck the other day, but you know that cause you were there.  I smelled you and when I turned on the radio, our song was on (Faithfully).  And I know you had been visiting me each week when I drove to work in the morning up until then, but I haven't felt you since.  The last time was last week when Rissa and I were coming home and she was telling me how much she missed you and I was crying and her phone texted mine, though she didn't text me at that moment.  It said, "We will make it through this Momma".  We knew it was you.
    I hope you don't go away though, even though you make me cry when I know you're "with" me, it makes me feel good.  I just wish I could hold you one more time and give you one last kiss and one last hug and tell you "I love you, My Most Handsomest Honey".  I hope you'll wait for me because someday I plan on seeing you again.  We have a lot to finish.

My beloved son, I miss your laughter that you brought to everyone, your hugs, calling me Momma.  Miss our Tuesday meals together and me complaining the meal taste like crap and of course you would tell me it is fine Momma.  Did you get a piece of Michelle's puke pie in heaven with God.  You know she made them especially for you.  Even miss hollering at you to take care of yourself and get your butt to the doctor.  My son I will be with you again someday and until then remember how much I love you.  Please keep a spot reserved for your momma in heaven and put in a good word to our Lord because I really need someone to.  As always, All My Love, Mom.

Gino Beano there are so many things to say. You could be such a pain in the butt, but you were my little brother and when we were little, no one could mess with you except for me. And we did we have some battles, didn't we? LOL! Us fighting in the front yard: you sitting on me, and me pulling your hair at the temples. We were at an impasse. You woulnd't get off of me until I let go of your hair, and I wouldn't let go of your hair until you got off of me. How much fun did we have going camping with mom and dad and riding our bikes around the campgrounds? I was always amazed at how easily you made friends. You just walked up to people and started talking. I always admired that about you. I was always so proud of you, Gino. You were so handsome and could walk into a room and just liven it up with your laughter. I liked that you always felt that you could talk to me when you needed your big sister to be your sounding board. I hope that I was able to give you good advice whenever you needed it. Lil' Bro'  I miss you so much and your laughter will forever be in my heart. I love you!

Some of my greatest Memories were with Gino when Mom took Us to Pittsburgh to stay With Gino, Michelle, Uncle frank and Aunt Diane.... Gino Loved to Take advantage of that Spooky House they Lived in growing up. he never missed a chance to scare the B Jesus out of me every chance he got. from the Extra Creepy Second Basement, to all the spooky sounds heard in that house, but i would have the last laugh when Aunt Diane and Uncle frank Caught up to him.  no matter how scarey that house was, Mom Never had to force us to go to Pittsburg to visit...i Hope you rest in Peace Gino, i will truley Miss you........bill

I remember Gino as Michelle's sweet little brother coming over to our house for lunch.  He was so nice.

Our first Versatex company picnic at Kennywood, and us 4 on the Exterminator... I gotta say Just Classic!!!

Michelle, I will always remember Gino as your cool little brother.  May he be at peace.  My sincere condolences to you and the family.

Growing up across the street from you  I have many great memories...there are just way too many to list.  You were more than just a friend, you were the big brother I never had!  I will always love you and when I think of you it will always be with a smile.  May GOD hold your family in his loving hands and help them thru this extremely difficult time. Love you guys!

Every time I picture your face Gino, I remember you had a smile on it.  I'll never forget your laugh.  It was very unique. I'm glad I got the chance to grow up right next door to you and was able to call you my lifelong friend.

I remember at the last party up at Joe and Sandy's that you were at, you were asking someone if they wanted to take a ride on your bike.  I wanted to also, but never got the chance to say anything.  Now I wish I would have taken that ride. 

It's too early in our lives to be saying goodbye to our friends.  That's not supposed to happen until we're all old and gray and have lived full lives.  I can't say you didn't live a full life Gino, but I can say that I wasn't done being your friend, and I didn't want you to go.  

I was blessed to have known you and I am blessed to continue to know and love your family.  

Tell Shawnie that the price of a cup went up since he was little, and party hard with Keith and all of our friends and family up there with you.

To Mr. and Mrs. Riggi, Michelle, and Tracey:

You may not remember me, but my mother, Isabelle Jackson, would give rides to Gino and Michelle during lunchtime at old Avalon Elementary; we lived on Semple.  

Even though I haven't seen Gino in decades, I will always remember him as a very nice person.

To Tracey, my Northgate '88 classmate, stay strong and know that you will see Gino again.

Although losing Gino is a tragedy, remember how wonderful his life was and how blessed you all are to have had him in yours. Our love and prayers are with you.

Todays the day to say goodbye to a great brother in-law. We miss you Gino & will remember you forever

Just came from paying my respects to a childhood friend, Mr. Gino Riggi. Thank you for strucking up a friendship with me in the school yard of the 'old' Avalon Elementary school and the wild & crazy times when we were teenagers. I will cherish those memories for a lifetime! Rest In Peace my friend until we meet again on the other side. ?

Gino my friend, 40 + years ago we met. School, Florida, and Gatan, we always came across each other and crossed paths. I will miss the conversations of our past. I saw you just before I went to Mexico. God if only I knew I would never talk to you again!  I will miss seeing a true friend daily. One day we will ride together in heaven!  Your friend DOC

My favorite memory of Gino is when we were about 6 years old and sneaked into the Avalon Pool after it was closed for the season. We got caught by the police. When I mentioned it to Gino a couple of years ago, he said that the cop was talking to his parents about us breaking and entering, and he kept thinking "But we didn't break anything!"
He was a wonderful person, and I am thankful that I was able to reconnect with him again after all these years. God took him away too soon. He will be geatly missed.

Gino always treated me like family. The memories I have with him and his family will always be cherished in my heart. He will always be in our hearts and memories. And I will never forget what he has taught me. Rest in peace. <3

I was practicing my drums yesterday and lost it. That is because it was Gino who taught me how to play. When I first started playing I had no idea how to play, He would joking say "how as a black man do you have no rhythm". There are too many great memories of hanging with one of my best friends to list here but I will cherish them all. I hate it that I can't be there but, Tracey, you and your family have my deepest condolenses. I may have lost a friend but you have lost a soul mate. RIP Gino, love you forever!!!

So sorry for your loss....I  considered Michelle and Gino "good friends" when we were in grade school...and always thought Gino was a funny kid with a good heart....I know he was loved by everyone and will be missed by all......My thoughts go out to the Riggi family......
