Joanne (Mass) Elphinstone age 64, formerly of the North Hills, passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2017. Daughter of the late Alex and Anne (Kozeko) Mass, loving mother of Ryan (fiancé Tara Gutmann) Elphinstone and Jaclyn (fiancé Jordan Cleary) Elphinstone, sister of Alexis Carson of CA, former wife of Donald Elphinstone.
