Lou was a wonderful guy! We had a routine of him stopping by my desk every morning after he came in from his pre-work walk. He would say "good morning Bob" and I would say "good morning Lou" right back. Even when we were working from home he would email me and I'd email him back right away. I worked with him on a lot of projects at CSD! Prayers for his family in this difficult time! Well miss you buddy! We had some good conversations and we were more than colleagues, we were friends! Rest in peace.

Lou was one of my best friends when I lived in Pittsburgh. He was warm, giving to others, fun and very intelligent. Some of my best memories have him as a big part. He will be missed by all.
