Phyllis was born on April 25, 1958 in Bellevue, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Lucy Logan.
She was an amazing baker and devoted mom who even treated the dogs as if they were her children.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband, Stephen Fox; daughters, Jessica and Amber Fox; granddaughter, Macie Fox; and many cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 10:30am at BERKELEY HILLS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 517 Sangree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
