Of Franklin Park Borough, passed away on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Husband of Jane (Evans) Jubb; father of Nancy Jubb and Betsy (Christopher) Gardiner; uncle of Frederick G. Graff. Richard was a graduate of Muskingum College, a plant manager of several speciality steel companies in the Pittsburgh area and Baltimore, MD and later a project manager with several construction companies. He was a longtime member, and recently elected president of the Senior Men's Club an affiliate of the Sewickley Valley YMCA.
