Age 82, of Wexford, formerly of Penn Hills, passed away August 7, 2011. Loving husband of Carmella (Spinello) DiStazio; father of Michelle (Richard) Cefalo, John DiStazio, Vincent DiStazio, Cynthia (Steven) Szalanski, and the late Michael DiStazio; grandfather of Michael Cefalo and Haylie Szalanski; also survived by his sister Lucille Cardone; also preceded in death by his sister Joanne Gass. Friends will be received on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the H. P. BRANDT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1032 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp., 412-364-4444. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Teresa of Avila Church, Ross Twp.
