

Donna Louise Ranger passed away in Pollock Pines on January 26, 2016 at the age of 68. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Gerald “Jerry” Ranger; sons, Dennis (Darla), Chet (Bertie) and daughter Andrea (Brett) Fox; mother Ruth Bailey; 10 grandchildren and sister Virginia Bailey.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Donna volunteered her time helping people with family history research. This brought great joy to her life. She served 2 years as a church service missionary at the Family Search Library in Sacramento and served a full time mission at the Salt Lake City Family History Library. Donna was a general aviation private pilot, an amateur radio operator and a sign language interpreter.
She loved spending time with her family and grandkids and had a great love for her dogs, Stinky and Sammy. Donna enjoyed the trees and rural life living up in the forest. She had great faith and trust in the Lord and will be greatly miss by her family and close friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Camino Ward, 4621 Pony Express Trail, Camino, CA.
