Jean Buckley was born on April 27, 1934, in Omaha, Nebr., passed away May 5, 2011, in Placerville, Calif. She was preceded in death by her younger sister Judy Junkin and brother-in-law Ted Bullock. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, J.C. Buckley; daughters, Pam (Bill) DeForrest, Sheryl Mills and Debbie (Carl) Berardini; sister, Miriam Bullock; and three grandsons, Christian, Jimmy and Jeffrey.
Jean loved to travel, fish and go to the beach. Christmas was her favorite holiday. Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday, May 12, at 11 a.m., at Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home, 2855 Cold Springs Road in Placerville, Calif.
