Keenan brought joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His wry sense of humor and his big heart are going to be deeply missed by his family and friends. Keenan was born in Omaha, Nebraska, before his family moved to Placerville, California, when he was 7. He was a partner in New Age Tickets, a Texas business, before returning to Placerville. We are all heart-broken by his unexpected departure, but he left us with many memories, life lessons, laughter and love. He will not be forgotten.
Keenan is survived by his parents, Kevin Cornwell and Chris Belmer; sister, Hannah Cornwell; Grandfather, John Cornwell; 8 Aunts, 8 Uncles, 20 cousins, extended family and countless friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Margaret Crofton Belmer, Edward David Belmer, Mary Cecilia Cornwell; aunts Marge and Donna; uncles Tim, Chuck and Ed.
Please join the family as they celebrate Keenan’s life on Saturday, October 28, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at Chapel of the Pines, 2855 Cold Springs Rd., Placerville, California. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Dawn Treatment Center (www.newdawntreatmentcenters.com), 6039 Roloff Way, Orangevale, California 95662.
