Kenneth Eby

July 11, 1921 - February 5, 2011

Kenneth Mart Eby was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 11, 1921 and passed away in Placerville on February 5, 2011. Kenneth was the husband of the Late Mary Eby (1998). Loving father of Robert (Sandy) Buchanan of Gardnerville, Cecilia Anderson of Grants Pass, OR, Cathy (Manuel) Cardoza of Camino and Janice Eby of Clarksville, TN; devoted grandfather of Scott, Cory, Melissa, Manny, Amy, Nicole, Mike, Keith and Chad; great grandfather of Spencer, Mason and Evan. Kenneth also leaves his longtime companion, Jose George of Watsonville.

Kenneth entered the Navy in WWII and retired as a salvage diver in 1963 after a 28 year Navy career. He then went on to become the head of the AV department at the Pajaro Valley School Dist., retiring again in 1979. Kenneth lived in Watsonville from 1965 before coming to Diamond Springs in 1999 and living at the Lake Oaks Senior Mobil Park. He was a lifetime member of the Pajaro Lions Club and enjoyed metal detecting and clock making. Kenneth was very active and made friends wherever he went. His friends and family will miss him dearly.

At Kenneth’s request, no services will be held. Private inurnment has been held.
