Billy was born May 5, 1932 to his mother: Sybil Marie Crane and his father: Robert Guy Crane.

Billy is survived by; daughter Terrie Lee Boston (Neil); and son Martin Ray Crane (Kim); brother George Robert Crane; grandchild Stefanie Castorena (Victor), grandchild Amanda Richardson (Brian), grandchild Makayla Boston, great grandchild Carmen Castorena, great grandchild David Richardson, great grandchild Jase Richardson, niece Kimberly J Crane and nephew Rob Crane.

Billy was preceded in death by his spouse Frances Joann Crane; step mother Ethel Mae Crane; father Robert Guy Crane and mother Sybil Marie Crane.

A visitation for Billy will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Ted Dickey Funeral Home, located at 2128 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.

A burial will follow at Plano Mutual Cemetery, 18th Street, Plano, Texas 75074.
