Mr. Charles Kenneth Brooks, age 93, of Plano, passed away on March 9, 2012. He was born on November 13, 1918 in Sidney, New York. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 19, 2012 from 11am-12pm in Ted Dickey Funeral Home. Graveside services with military honors will be held at 1:30pm on Monday in DFW National Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
