Jack Everett Ray was born on January 24, 1938 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Jack entered rest on October 15, 2014 in Plano, Texas. A memorial service will be held at the Ted Dickey Funeral Home on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at 1:30 PM. There will be a light reception following the service for family and friends to reflect on the life that Jack lived.
