James Elbert Raines was born to Herbert L. Raines and Mei Pearl Spain on August 20, 1925 in Jonesboro, North Carolina. He passed away at the age of 75 in Dallas, Texas. James will be dearly missed by his family. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2011 from 1:00-4:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service will be held at the Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 2:15 pm.
