Stacy Konrad, 65, of Fate, Texas, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026. Born in Dearborn, Michigan, Stacy was known for her quick wit, thoughtful heart, and the way she always told things exactly as they were. She loved cooking traditional Polish meals, trying new local restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and traveling. In recent years, nothing brought her more joy than being “Gigi” to her grandson, Mateo.
Stacy had a deep Catholic faith and a generous spirit. After retiring, she enjoyed volunteering and supporting dog rescue efforts. She was the kind of person people turned to when they needed someone to listen, and every gift she gave was chosen with care and meaning.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Konrad; her daughters, Amanda Konrad and Shelby Velazquez; her grandson, Mateo; her sister, Carey Milewski; and her mother, Sue Loftus. She was preceded in death by her sisters Nikki, Tammy, and Kelly. Stacy will be remembered for her humor, honesty, and the love she gave so freely to her family and friends.
