Terence Charles Chapman was born on December 4, 1934 in Edgewood, Iowa. Terence is the son of Harold and Kathryn Chapman. There will be a memorial service for Terry at Ted Dickey Funeral Home on July 2, 2016 at 3 PM. Please come and join the family as they celebrate Terry and the life he lived.
