SIMS Sr., Billy Ray, age 65, of Dover, FL passed away on January 20, 2017. He was born in Tampa, FL to Coy and Louise (Wasden) Sims. Billy loved watching television, mostly wrestling and old westerns. He will be missed.
Family who survive are three sons, Billy Ray Sims Jr., Steve Sims, Billy Ray Sims; one daughter, Tammy Sims; ten grandchildren, Ashley Sims, Daysha Sims, Shelby Sims, Shawna Sims, Ronald Heasley, Christopher Heasley, Destin Ray Sims, Destiny Desiree Sims, Devon Ray Sims and Dylan Ray Sims; along with seven great grandchildren. He is also survived by cousin, Paul Sims and Aunt Betty Powell and Uncle Henry Wasden.
A visitation will be at Wells Memorial Funeral Home in Plant City on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 10am-11am. A funeral service will be at 11am, followed by burial at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Plant City/Durant, FL.
