Cummings, Charles Lee, 68, passed away on December 9, 2010. Mr. Cummings was a homeless veteran. A funeral service will be held at Wells Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jim Brady officiating. Military honors will be provided by MacDill Air Force Base Honor Guard. The public is encouraged to attend. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
