Inez Lisenby Millines, age 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 6, 2021. Inez was born in Ozark, Alabama on September 14, 1942, to Irvin and Annie Lisenby. She was preceded in death by her parents and 7 siblings.
In addition to raising her family, Inez enjoyed reading her Bible, attending Church, and spending time with friends and family. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
Inez is survived by her children, Cindy Doughty (husband Bill) of Plant City, FL; Sidney “Junior” Howze (wife Angie) of Effingham, SC; James McCraney of Gulf Breeze, FL; April Bell (husband Leonard) of Sapulpa, OK; PeeWee McCraney (wife Brenda) of Troy, AL; sister Anne Evans (husband Duane) of Plant City, FL; brother Will Lisenby (wife Kay) of Milton, FL; grandchildren Ryan and Shannon Forrest, Wesley, Christina, Ashley and Daniel Howze, Austin McCraney, Rosie Bell, Vanessa Davis, seven great-grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
We would like to thank everyone for the kindness and love given to our mother during the time she was ill. To the dedicated staff of South Florida Baptist and Advent hospitals, a heartfelt thank you for the care and compassion.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Eastside Baptist Church, 1318 East Calhoun Street, Plant City FL 33563 with Bro Randall Johnson officiating.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Wells Memorial and Events Center, Plant City, FL. Any donations can be made in Inez’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
