Jack was filled with intelligence, wisdom, and wit. He was a loving family-focused man who lived his faith. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Plant City. He and Mary would have celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on July 25th.
Jack is survived by Mary Jane, the love of his life and devoted wife; sons, David A. Chapel, Dale F. Chapel (Annette); two sisters, two sisters-in-law; and two brothers-in-law. Jack was a very proud and loving grandfather of four grandchildren and precious Mia Grace Zmuda, his great granddaughter.
A Celebration Service will take place Friday, May 18, 2018, 12pm at First Baptist Church of Plant City. The family will receive friends there beginning at 11am. Any memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Plant City Building Fund.
