Diane C Brunet

It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Diane Carolyn Brunet (née Pace) on Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Jewish General Hospital. Diane lived life with boundless love, energy, and kindness. She touched the hearts of many. Diane was a classy and determined woman whose passion for her family was well known. Diane was surrounded by her family and by love from near and far through her final moments. We now have a powerful and loyal angel watching over all of us.

Diane will be deeply missed by her lifelong friend, hero and husband Pierre, her children Marc (Violaine Des Marchais), Louise (Ovidiu Schiopu) and Michel (Kate Fitzpatrick) and her seven grandchildren Laura, Evelyne, Corinne, Erica, Alex, Tristan, and Tess. Diane was predeceased by her father Donald Pace and is survived by her mother Helen Martin and siblings Donna, Greg, and Elaine.

The family greatly acknowledges the excellent care and extraordinary compassion of Dr. Gerald Batist at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Visitation at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe- Claire, Wednesday, November 9 from 2:30 to 5:30 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 10 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. at Église St-Joachim, 2 Ste Anne Street, Pointe- Claire.

Disey, Mom, Nana, Diane you were the glue of our family and we already miss you terribly.
