Proverbs 10:7It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of Kathleen Mary Wells, on August 11, 2016, in her 79th year. Beloved and devoted daughter of the late Gladys Wells and loving sister to Margaret (Doug), Shirley (Ken) and Graham (Gail). She will be greatly missed by her numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and her cherished dog Misty. Kathleen was born in Montreal on February 13, 1937, daughter of Benjamin and Gladys. Kathleen loved working and playing with her dogs, gardening and spending time with family and friends of which she had numerous, no doubt due to her kindness and devotion to the people and animals she loved. She always deflected attention from herself, preferring instead to speak with, listen to, tend to and help others. Kathleen never let an opportunity go by to show her love, appreciation or encouragement. It is this and much more for which she will forever be remembered. We will miss her. Service to be held at Collins Clarke Funeral Home, 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe Claire, Monday, August 15, 2016. Visitation at 12:00 p.m., Funeral at 2:00 p.m. Reception to celebrate Kathleen's life to follow at Collins Clarke Funeral Home.
