Barry,
We were so sad to hear about Linda's passing. I will miss chatting with her while working on our gardens on either side of the empty lot, and complaining about the city still not having mowed the weeds. I still get a chuckle every time I remember the meeting at town hall where Linda told the developer she thought his buildings were ugly.

Love and virtual Hugs,

Chris, Katy, Sarah and Ryan

We were saddened to learn about Linda’s passing. I (Linda Haynes) knew Linda when we both worked for Montreal Catholic School Board. Later, Linda moved to the Baldwin Cartier Board and I taught for the Lakeshore Board. Our paths crossed again when Linda taught our children Shelley and Chad at St. John Fisher School. I will always remember her as a pleasant, committed teacher and as a friend.
Our sincere condolences to you Barry. You and Doug have known each other since your Point St.
Charles days. Our prayers are with your family at this very difficult time. We will take part in the live streaming of Linda’s funeral and we’re pleased to support Chez Doris in her name.
God Bless.

Dear Barry and Family,
I would like to extend my deepest sympathies for your unimaginable loss. I was a colleague both in Montreal and the West Island. Linda was a wonderful person and an excellent teacher.
Fun, generous, and kind, she loved her family and her profession.
She will be missed by many but forgotten by no one.
Love and prayers,

Dear Barry and Family,
I was so saddened to hear of Linda's passing...somehow, I am still in disbelief!
We were making plans for a visit and then after COVID, a trip...
Our life as friends (and sisters..my mom always considered Linda as a daughter ) started in 1963 when a student was called to the principal's office (Linda) to pick up and show a new student (me) the way to her classroom... So many shared memories!
Our friendship was so easy and her passing is and will be so difficult!
You are in my thoughts and prayers...
Hugs,
Gloria
