The passing of Ross Arnott

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ross Arnott on March 17, 2023. Ross, devoted spouse to his late wife Janet, father to Wayne, Brian and Neil, grandfather to Mitchell, Teneille, Frank and Brianne, brother to Libby, and life partner, for 12 years, to Janis Morelli. Ross will also be missed by numerous family members as well as his many friends and colleagues.

Ross is leaving behind an incredible legacy. He will be especially remembered for his smile, his big heart, his kindness and his love of life. He had a special gift of seeing the best in situations and always having a great time no matter what he was doing or where he was. Building Bluenose, a collectibles store in Pointe Claire known to most families on the West Island, for the last 60 years with his late son Wayne, was the passion of his life. Ross loved being around people. He had so many stories to tell of his adventures especially if they included finding "a good deal" and you couldn't help but share in his excitement.

Visitations will be held on April 13th from 6pm to 9pm, and on April 14th from 10am to 11:30am, followed by a funeral service starting at noon, at Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home (222, Highway 20, Pointe-Claire).
