passed away at age 69 with her husband by her side. Daughter of the late Madeleine and Douglas Swanson. Wendy will be sadly missed by her truly devoted husband Michael, loving sister Donna, Aunt and Uncle Barbara and Ted Humphreys, her many cousins and their children in Canada and Scotland, her dear goddaughters Samantha and Danielle and her sweet little buddy "Vicky Person". Special thanks to the tremendous staff at Lakeshore General Hospital in Emerg, ICU and 4 North and to all her many lifelong friends who have been so supportive during this difficult time. Visitation will be on Friday, September 16 between 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with the funeral service to be held on Saturday, September 17 at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donation to the West Island Palliative Care would be appreciated.
