Caryl, Ashlee, Tim, Frank & Rolfe, I am so sorry for your loss. Alex was special and dear. I always smile when I think of him and our many adventures on Canandaigua Lake, etc. He brought his great smile to those around him and always will. Peace and goodwill.

Not having spent much time with Alex since high school, it warms my heart to see the comments that reflect his smile, wit and passion; just the attributes that I recall.  I deeply regret  missing the opportunity to enjoy some time with the two of you at the lake.
I hope you can be comforted by his memory.

So sad to learn of Alex's passing.  We had many a long conversation about all of life's quirks.  It was a bright spot in my day to see his name pop up on caller ID, especially when he wanted to mull over different options or regulatory "rules." Always thought Alex might have missed his true calling and should have been a lawyer or rabbi.  He truly enjoyed slicing and dicing and arguing either side of a split hair.  You'll be missed my friend.  Godspeed.

 I met Alex in 1993 through our work at C.A.V. in Ft. Lauderdale. He was one of the folks that really made you feel part of the team. He respected opinions and valued points of view, even if not necessarily agreeing with all of them. He was always our voice of reason, willing and able to bring the narrative back in line. 
 Even though it had been years since we have seen each other I am sure he would have had my back at the drop of a line. I, as many others who worked with Alex have many fond memories.  Alex was a White Hat kind of a guy, and will truly be missed.

Alex came into your lives when it was just the 3 of you. He help shape you and develop to the wonderful people you have become. You are now 3 again, but your lives extend to many others who through you share the love Alex had for you. My thoughts and prayers go out to Alex's family and friends. He was a wonderful person, super smart, friendly and was a co-worker of mine at AVI-SPL. He helped mentor me. I'll always remember his unique sense of humor that I will cherish. I couldn't quite figure him out at first, :)  and am so glad I was able to enjoy that unique and funny side of him. He adored his dog Ollie and I loved it when he brought him to the office on Fridays, it would always cheer everyone up. You will be greatly missed Alex, rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been a business colleague of Alex for many years. My life is blessed to have been touched by Alex. His kind and gentle spirit will be sorely missed. I owe him a debt of gratitude for our business relationship which I feel turned into a friendship of mutual admiration. I wish I could have spent more time with Alex outside of business. I remember Alex met me at the front door when I came in to interview with AVI/SPL 6.5 years ago. He was super kind and helpful like he was the whole time I got to know him. I will miss his coversation and his gentel soul. My thoughts and prayers go out to Alex's family in this time. He will truly be missed and it was a great honor to work with him.

I will always treasure the memories of those times I was fortunate enough to spend with Alex, especially the memories of him skiing at the lake and skiing in the mountains, where his grace and skill were a joy to behold. Wow!  I could not believe when I heard this news.  I had no idea that Alex was sick.  He was a wonderful man!  It was Alex that I talked to about setting up a meeting to come and work with AVI-SPL back in 2003 when I was working for another integrator in upstate New York.  I worked in the Ft. Lauderdale office from 2004-2007.  Alex was a great man and a wonderful co-worker to work with.  The best to his family in this difficult time.

I was very sorry to hear about Alex's passing.  Alex was one of the first people I met at AVI-SPL when I started working with them almost 9 years ago.  In addition to being an all-around great guy, Alex was always willing help and was very generous with his time.  He will be sorely missed.  Please accept my sincere condolences.

As I reflect on my time with Alex, my heart smiles.  I was truly blessed and honored to work with him and consider him a friend. Alex was a friend but yet taught me so much in the educational AV world of sales. He taught me how to prepare a quote - make sure the customer understood the quote & that the customer was happy after the sale. Many of my successes I owe to the early days being under Alex's guidance & leadership. Our prayers are with his family as we will all miss Alex!

Although I knew Alex for a relatively short time I will miss him. Alex was one of those rare people who was filled with and shared his "goodness". He was a generous, caring person who I rarely if ever heard say an unkind word. My heart and prayers go out your lovely family. Go with God and be at Peace. You will be missed.

Alex, I have no words as I write this.  You've been my friend, my co-worker for 32 years and like a brother to me.  As I sit here grieving, I remember the good times at the Picnics and Christmas parties with everyone.  I have fond memories of us at Center Audio Visual with Mike Lever and the gang.  Now you both are together probably discussing A/V stuff,  that was your passion.  You will be sadly missed by so many.  You were a true friend, mentor and co-worker. I missed Alex enough from being the distance I am from him since I moved to PA .  Now I miss him more.  He was a great person and what a heart he had.
