Anne M. Quadrino

QUADRINO, Anne M., 77, of Pompano Beach, passed away on September 5. She is survived by her daughters: Elizabeth Hauerwas of Fort Leavenworth, KS, and Kathryn Sadowski of Brunswick, GA; sons-in-law: Thomas and Christopher; and grandsons: Bryan, Matthew, Robert, and Nicholas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and her parents, Frank and Mary Ficara. In 1972 she moved from Yonkers, NY, to Pompano Beach and was employed for nearly 32 years with AT&T, retiring as a senior engineer in 1991. She was a parishioner at St. Coleman Catholic Church in Pompano for 42 years and was an incredibly active volunteer with various organizations throughout the community, most notably Children’s Aid Club. She will be remembered for her graciousness, generous heart, and fierce love of life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children’s Aid Club (CAC), P.O. Box 11503, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33339. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4-8pm, Wednesday, September 10th with a Wake Service at 7:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, September 11th at 11:00am at St. Coleman Catholic Church-Pompano Beach, FL. Entombment will follow at Boca Raton Mausoleum.
