Deborah C. Helmer “Debbie” 48 of Margate Florida passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Debbie was born on January 29, 1965 in Los Angeles, California and moved to Florida at an early age. Debbie worked as a server in the restaurant industry most of her life and excelled at it due to her outgoing and friendly personality. Debbie loved football and was a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan. In recent years when it became impossible for her to work her neighbors nicknamed her the “Watch Dog” knowing that she watched over their homes while they weren’t home. Debbie will surely be missed by all.
Surviving Deborah is her loving husband James “Jim” Helmer, a daughter Shannon, a son Adam, two sisters; Lisa Molina (Rosenvel) and Shannon Habig (Chris), a step-brother Jordan Poole, a step-father Wayne Poole, three grandchildren; Alesia, Khloie-Bella, and Sophiea, a niece Katlyn Habig, three nephews J.R., Christian and Justin Molina.
Debbie was recently preceded in death by her Mother Darlene Poole.
