Donna Louise Schaum Berkowitz was a loving Mom, Nana, G.G., sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She went home to Heaven on Friday, May 10th, 2024 at age 77 after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
She was born to Charles Henry (Chuck) and Irene Eleanor Schaum on April 17, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was raised in Pittsburgh and relocated to South Florida in the late 1970’s to be closer to her mom and sister.

She spent many of her weekends with her children at the Parents Without Partners (PWP) support organization, enjoying many of the social activities they provided. She was especially proud of her participation in the PWP dance troupe, and spent many years performing in the dance numbers and shows put on for the members, family and friends. She truly believed the Radio City Rockettes would have welcomed her with open arms!

It will again be celebrated with her children and grandchildren later this summer at beautiful Lake Santeetlah , NC. Her remains will be scattered alongside her grandson Alec.
