

Gambella, Edward Paul, 74, of Fort Lauderdale, FL passed away on May 28, 2012 at home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Edward was predeceased by his second wife, Millie Gambella, daughter Jeanne Bernstein, and three brothers: Richie, Tommy, and George. He is survived by: his brother, Louis: first wife, Carole Rice; children: Debra Gambella, Teri Piccarretta, Edward Gambella II, and Suzanne Gambella Rosenberg DVM; by 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Edward founded Deven Lithographers Inc., a commercial printing plant located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. He presided over the company from its inception in 1962 through 2004. Edward divided his time between Fort Lauderdale and his second home in Windham, NY. He was a special friend to many and touched the lives of all who knew him. Edward was an avid boater and golfer, and lived life to its fullest. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm with a funeral service at 6:00pm at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 200 N. Federal Hwy., Pompano Beach, FL 33062.
