Edward F. Herrmann III

Edward Fredrick Herrmann III, 74 years old of Pompano Beach FL. Baltimore Md. Passed away at his home on Saturday July 16, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held on July 30 at 6:00pm. At Krareer Funeral Home 200 North Federal Highway Pompano Beach FL 33062. Ed was born in Baltimore, MD on January 30, 1942 the only son of Edward F.Herrmann JR. and Marguerite (Friess) Herrmann. He graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic High School and joined the USMC in 1960. He and Barbara Jean (Hobbs) were united in marriage on July 22, 1961 in Baltimore, MD. He resided most of his life in Pompano Beach FL. Ed worked at Bendix Corp. for 30 years as a supervisor Technical Publications retiring in 1994. He enjoyed playing Tennis and playing Backgammon. Survivors include his wife of 55 year, his daughter Michele Elizabeth Herrmann and her son Matthew Cole Brewer also of Pompano Beach FL. The family would like to thank Billie Syse and her family for dedicated hours for caring for my parents and support to get us through this difficult time, Micheline Paul and all the dr's and nurses especially at vitas for their loving help and kindness throughout his care at the end. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
