Evelyn C Hardy, a beloved and cherished individual, passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on January 26, 1932, in Fruitdale, Alabama, Evelyn was the daughter of the late George Forward and Clara Williams.
Evelyn was a kind-hearted and devoted person who made a significant impact on all who knew her. She spent her career as a educator at Broward College, where she was respected and admired by colleagues and students alike.
As the matriarch of her family, Evelyn loved her entire family deeply and will be missed by all. Her devotion and kindness left an indelible mark on those around her.
Visitation services will be held at Kraeer Funeral Home, Pompano Room, located at 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, on August 29, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Hopewell Baptist Church, 890 NW 15th St, Pompano Beach, FL 33060, on August 30, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
A committal service will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens North, Hibiscus Garden, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064, on August 30, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm.
