Francois Joseph

Francois Joseph born on October 4, 1939, in Mole Saint-Nicolas. Born to Susan Lordeus and Faramond Joseph. He graduated in Haiti attending École nationale de côtes de fer. After elementary school Francois decided to leave his country by boat to Nassau Bahamas to provide something for his family in July 1970. After 10 years in the Bahamas, he made a choice to better his life for his family, so he left Bahamas and headed to Miami Florida in December 1980. He began working at First Baptist church of pompano where he worked for 35 years. Francois was married to Jeannette Ogene on March 14,1981. He has 5 children Dilores Joseph, Sedny Joseph Julien Joseph, Suzane Joseph and Nerline Joseph. Francois was a very hard-working man and enjoyed going to church and taking cruises with his church ministry. Francois took his spiritual life serious he would make sure each one of his children did the same. Regardless of his medical condition he continued to work hard to provide for his family here and in Haiti. He was devoted to his ministry at Redemption Baptist Church. He fought a good fight, but his mortal body could not win against known health issues. On October 16th, 2022, at the age of 83 Francois Joseph was called home and passed away at North Broward Hospital. Francois was at peace in his last moments a prayer was said as God did his will and he transition to his Father in Heaven.

Francois is preceded in death by: Celestin Joseph, Celestine and Emanithe Joseph.

Francois is survived by: Josette Joseph, Saintalise Joseph, and Andre Joseph; 16 Grand Children: Josephina, Jaiking, Daijah, and Siniyah Joseph, Napolean Gilbert ,Lamont Louis-Jeune,Tiana Bailey, Anaiyah Sanon, Willie Jalen Etienne Jr,Miracle Termidor ,Jordan Termidor, Michael brownson, Meethiou Mally, Cassandre Kenaa, Edwens and Sednaël -Francois Joseph.

Francois has 15 nephews and 16 nieces: Rigaubert, Bertrand, Colbert, Ribertha, Bernadette, Bernise, Berthonise, and Berthude Faugue Miramon, Cisel, Linique, Emathel, Nadiel, Andre-junior , Carodney, Kerline, Bethise, Medianise, Nadia, Lorda, Felicia and Monique Joseph, Tinord Aretus, Kergo-Wedson, Darline and Peter Lordues, Wilner Jocelyn, Josemane and China Beauchamps, Josemane and China Beauchamps.

Pallbearers will be: Julien Joseph, Miramon Joseph, Willie Jalen Etienne, Napolean Gilbert, Lamont Louis Jeune, and Sedny Joseph

A visitation for Francois will be held Friday, November 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A funeral service will occur Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 1:30 AM at Redemption Church, 3501 NE 3rd Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. A committal service will occur Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 200 West Copans Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.
