Frank was born in Pittsburgh, PA to Frank Findler and Anna Lang on March 9, 1929. He went to school at Machine and Metals Trades High School in New York City. Frank married Brenda A. Williams on October 25, 1951, in New York, NY. He worked for Union Carbide in Tarrytown, NY. Frank was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the Airforce from 1948 to 1952.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife Brenda, daughter Barbara Slatin and son-in-law Edward Franqui.
Frank is survived by his daughter Alane Franqui, grandson Michael Franqu, granddaughter Elizabeth Franqui and great granddaughter Payton Franqui.
Frank will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Barrytown, NY.
