

BROSMITH, Nancy C., of Pompano Beach, FL, formally of Libertyville, Illinois passed away May 13, 2015. Nancy was born on March 6, the daughter of Philip and Blanche Curry. They proceeded her in death as did her sister, Blanche Curry. She married William Brosmith in 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1990. Nancy is survived by her four children, Susan Brosmith of Jacksonville, IL, Kathleen Brosmith, Mundelein, IL, Allan Brosmith (Donna Brosmith) of Libertyville, IL and Philip "PJ" Brosmith of Huntley, IL. Her grandchildren included Nathan Burkett (Jeanna), Jenna Zielbauer (Patrick) and 2 great grandchildren, Austin and Maxi. Nancy is also survived by her beloved sisters-in-laws, Alana Hoar, Carol Brosmith and Trip Brosmith. She was also adored by her nieces, nephews and adopted grandsons. Nancy was the matriarch of the family and was treasured by all who knew her. She was the beacon of hope, of happiness, of celebration and of family. She offered clear and direct examples as to how life could be lived. She loved to "go" anywhere, anytime! Cruising was her favorite sport! She also treasured her book club, her bridge group, her movie group, and her Admiralty Condo family. Nancy loved entertaining and was a gracious hostess. A party at Nancy's was always fabulous, and an event not to be missed. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 18th from 9:30-11:30am at the funeral Home. The Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Pompano at Noon, with entombment to follow in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, North Lauderdale, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to New Directions Warming and Cooling Center in Jacksonville, Illinois (100 S.
