Theodore Ralph Coppola

Coppola, Teddy (Hot Man) 66, passed away from this world on August 10, 2014. Born in Stamford, CT on May 18, 1948, he was the former owner of My Way Bar (Chickamony), Top of the Inn-Ramada Inn (Stamford, CT) , and RPR (Portchester, NY). He married in 1967 to his high school sweetheart, Karol Kordas of Greenwich, CT who formerly worked at the Town Clerk Office and both lived in Bryam, CT until moving to Florida years later. They divorced and remained good friends. He was the son of Ralph Coppola, who is deceased. Survived by the mother of Babe Bertino, and the step-father of Frank Bertino (Hotsy); brothers: Carmine Coppola of Florida and Frank Bertino, Jr. of Stamford, CT; sister, Jackie Fabricatore of Stamford; son, Teddy Coppola Jr.; former wife, Karol Coppola; long-time friend, Marge; nephews: Anthony Fribricatore of Stamford and Eddie Bertino of Stamford; and by niece, Angela Fabricatore of Stamford. His passion was music and he loved Elvis Presley, whom he sounded like when singing. He was loved by all who came into contact with him. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 14th from 12:00-1:00pm with a 1:00pm memorial service at the funeral home. Inurnment will be private.
