Janice Weikel

Janice Russell Weikel, age 76, died March 20, 2014. She was a native of Longview , MS having made her home for the past 24 years. She was a 1955 graduate of Pontotoc High School and was an active member of Curtis Baptist Church for the past 24 years. Janice was an avid reader and former member of Bible Study Fellowship. She surrendered her life to Jesus at the age of 9 and loved Jesus with all of her heart. Janice was an active role model to many women and parents and all who met her experienced the love of Jesus Christ that radiated from her infectious smile. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Longview Cemetery with Rev. Clyde Pound officiating. Browning Funeral Home is in charge of the local arrangements.

Survivors include her husband of 33 years Allan Weikel; three sons and daughters-in-law: David and Donna Inmon, Birdsboro, PA, Ed and Dorie Inmon, Pottstown, PA and Joey and Lisa Inmon, Reading, PA; five grandchildren: Kelly Urban (Steve), Dale Inmon (Laura), Holly Inmon, Lauren Inmon and Blake Inmon; three great-grandchildren: Rylee, Mason and Klaire.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Ernest and Maude Russell.
