Mr. Charles Franklin Elmore

A native of Raleigh, North Carolina he was born February 16, 1928. Charles was a devoted family man who retired from Movie Star, Inc. in 1986 after 26 years of faithful service. Upon his retirement, he dedicated his life to caring for his wife Ethel L. Burr-Elmore until her death in 2009.

Survivors include two loving daughters, Renay Nelson and Stephanie Miller; two brothers, E.B. Elmore and Ed Elmore; and one sister, Mildred Honeycutt.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ethel L. Burr-Elmore; one son, Stephen Mark Elmore; one brother, Talmadge Elmore; and one sister, Willie May Elmore.

The family would like to thank the Staff of Forrest General Hospice for their kind and compassionate care; and also two special friends and caregivers for their loving attention - Nancy Ard and Kathi Davis.

Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial visitation from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday April 18, 2011 at White Funeral Home, Poplarville.
