Mr. Gorman, a resident of Pearl River County since 1985 was a native of New Orleans. A retired policeman with the New Orleans Police Department, he also served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edmund T. Gorman, Jr. and Stella Gorman.
Family members include his wife, Olive Kinsler Gorman; brother, Thomas Gorman; sister-in-law, Alice Kinsler Gamble; and a host of nieces and nephews.
