

She was a very loving wife and a devout Christian, who was kind, caring, and sweet also very strong minded. She was a nurse in her earlier years. She enjoyed her roses and gardening and loved the outdoors. Fannie had a passion of ordering jewelry and various items from QVC!
Fannie and her husband, Charles had a passion for equines and ranching that led to the conception of the Three P3P Ranch in Poplarville, Mississippi, where they raised Angus Cattle and overtime cultivated champion Paint Horses. Their favorite, “Blue” was honored as World Champion in 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas. This accolade was the pinnacle of their journey of ribbons and awards in their equestrian pursuits.
Fannie and Charles were avid travelers, they traveled throughout the United States on their Harley Davidson and BMW Motorcycles, meeting and making lasting friendships with people they encountered along their way, including celebrities.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 34 years, Charles Luther Payne, Sr.
Fannie leaves to cherish her memory to many special friends who loved her dearly like family.
Family and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life Funeral Service on Friday, March 1, 2024 at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, Mississippi for 11:00 am. Services will be officiated by Dr. Ray Spence II. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Enterprise Cemetery in Enterprise, Mississippi.
