Ruthie Ann Ladner

Ruthie Ann Ladner, age 83 departed this life into God's presence on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. She was a faithful member of Plainview Baptist Church in Poplarville, Mississippi. Ruthie was a hard worker who worked on the farm and worked in the Pearl River County Prison Ministry. She was very active in the 4-H. Ruthie was very faithful to her family and very involved in her children's lives. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Floren and Effie Lee; two sons, Timothy Ferrel Ladner and Samuel Shane Ladner and seven brothers, Charles Lee, J.F. Lee, Jr., Ervin Lee, Harold Lee, Sr., Bobby Joe Lee, Paul Lee and Jerry Lee.

Left to forever cherish Ruthie's memory, her husband, Wilfred Ladner; one son, Michael Kevin Ladner; five grandchildren, Corey (Hannah), Christine, Sidney (Jaylee), Shelby and Michael Shane; one great-granddaughter, Ruby Grace; one brother, Edward Lee; one daughter in-law, Lynn Ladner and a host of nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend Ruthie's evening visitation on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at White Funeral Home, 315 Hwy 11 South, Poplarville, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, at Plainview Baptist Church, 2506 Silver Run Road, Poplarville, Mississippi. Her funeral service will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Plainview Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
