Predeceased by her father Karl, Jas is survived by children James, Corinne, Brandon and Justin; Mother Marie; siblings Warren, Roxanne and Christine; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Jas grew up loving the outdoors. Whether it be swimming with her family, listening to music, drawing or gardening her passion for experiencing nature was there from an early age. They enjoyed singing and even used to sing "I caught a little baby bumblebee" on walks through the woods to ward off animals. They played, swam, gardened, and cooked together. They walked in the woods collecting berries, mushrooms, and old trinkets left behind. They often watched the stars, got into too much trouble and loved each other. They would explore around our neighborhood, they used to pick blackberries up from our house at the log train trail. They always walked up there and explored the mountains.
Jas did so many things for others, sharing baking, crocheting, knitting and her love of going for long drives for shopping with her family.
A private family graveside service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jas' memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
