Jela "Helen" Pavicic Yaredic

Predeceased by her sister Anna in Croatia, Helen is survived by her husband Drago, two sons: Ivica “John” (Shannon) and Drago (Linda); grandchildren: Robyn Yaredic (Gary) and Joanna and Spencer, Sarah, Adam and Ashley. Helen is also survived by her brother Joso Pavicic of Croatia and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives in Croatia and cousin John Zdunic in Ontario.

Helen was a loving and devoted wife, and a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a very generous person who had no trouble in opening her home and her heart to others. You never left her home without experiencing her warm hospitality.

Prayers will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, 4005-6th Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church 4731 Burke Rd with Fr. Stephen Paine and Fr. Frank Franz officiating. Cremation to follow.
