Pen O'Connell passed away peacefully, surrounded by her beloved family, on August 17th, 2025 at West Coast General Hospital.
She leaves behind her lifelong love and husband of 61 years (P.J.), her 6 children (Philip, Clodagh, Stuart, Dan, Moya and Cate), and her 8 grandchildren.
