Rollie, a long time resident and carpenter by trade, moved here 3 weeks after the 1964 tsunami to work. He established his contracting business, BGR Construction, and his family here in Port Alberni.
Predeceased by his parents and loving wife Teresa (Lauder), he is survived by his two sons Ernie (Melissa) and Lee, grand-daughter Laila who he loved dearly. Also his sister, Therese Rotering in Salmon Arm, BC.
Those wishing to pay their respects can do so at the Celebration of his Life, 11am. Feb. 3rd at the Hupacasath Band Hall
