Mr. William Pley

Bill is survived by his loving wife Maria; children, Bill (Vickie), Marilyn (Wayne), Robert, Darlene (Frank), Dave (Lesley); 12 grand children, 5 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends he has come to know and appreciate.

Bill was born in Barneveld Holland in 1931 and immigrated to Canada in 1953.He then married Maria and together they enjoyed 56 years. Bill worked at Alply for over 35 years. He was a dedicated man who adored his family. Bill had many different interests and hobbies of which included fishing, ham radios, bird watching, storytelling, and playing his accordion. He enjoyed meeting people, making new friends but also appreciated and loved his ‘old’ friends, especially those at the Lathom Road Gospel Hall.

Bill was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by many.

Viewing to take place 6:30pm – 8pm, Tuesday, June 29th from the Chapel of Memories, 4005 – 6th Ave with a Funeral Service to be held 1:00pm, Wednesday, June 30 at the Chapel of Memories with Phil Atkinson officiating.
